It's nice to give a gift at Christmas that doubles up the giving. I love buying gifts from the Oxfam Shop and I adore the philosophy behind TOMS (if not shoes, how about eyewear?). One of my favourite blogs, Design Mom, recently featured a 'Doing Good' gift guide for gifts that give twice. Now, how about this from Ikea? Until December 23rd, for every soft toy bought from Ikea, the Ikea Foundation will donate €1 to help educate children through their partnerships with UNICEF and Save the Children. The toys are already cute and great value (some fantastic stocking filler options) - so what more reason do you need?
